Reiki Training: Levels 1 & 2

Foundations for Self-Healing + Supporting Others

In this 2-day, 1:1 training, you’ll learn Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Levels 1 & 2.

These levels provide the foundation for both personal practice and working with others.

You’ll Explore:

  • What Reiki is and how it works

  • The energetic body (chakras, auras, flow)

  • Reiki’s history and principles

  • Practical techniques for healing and self-care

  • Reiki symbols and how to use them

  • Giving Reiki to yourself and others

  • Distance Reiki practices

  • How to structure a session and hold space

  • Steps to begin your own Reiki practice

  • A Certificate of Completion for Reiki Levels 1 & 2

  • A Reiki Manual with teachings + exercises to support your practice

Reiki Master Training (Level 3)

Stepping into Mastery

In this 2-day, 1:1 training, you’ll learn Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master

The Reiki Master level is for those ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki and step into mastery. This training expands your ability to channel energy, integrate advanced techniques, and, if called, teach and attune others.

Prerequisite: At least 6 months of Reiki Level 1 & 2 experience.

You’ll Explore:

  • The Master Symbol — amplifying Reiki’s strength and connection

  • Advanced healing techniques for personal and client sessions

  • How to give Reiki attunements and ignitions

  • Practices for intuition, presence, and alignment

  • Guidance on teaching and holding space for others

  • A Reiki Master Certificate of Completion

  • A Comprehensive Master Manual

Karuna Reiki® Training

A Compassionate Next Octave

In this 2-day, 1:1 training, you’ll learn Karuna Reiki® Master

Karuna Reiki® is often described as Reiki’s “next octave” — a refined, compassionate energy that supports profound healing for self and others. It works with expanded awareness, compassion, and inner wisdom.

Prerequisite: At least 6 months of Reiki Level 1 & 2 experience.

You’ll Explore:

  • The 8 Karuna Reiki® symbols and their unique healing purposes

  • Techniques for working with trauma, shadow, and ancestral patterns

  • Using sound (toning and chanting) with Reiki for deeper resonance

  • Expanded tools for distance and group healing

  • Practices to embody compassion as a healer and guide

You’ll Receive:

  • A Karuna Reiki® Practitioner Certificate

  • A Karuna Reiki® Manual with all symbols and practices
