Hi, I'm Charyl Le (she/her), a healing artist and the woman behind Salvage + Rescue. Big Three: Pisces Sun, Scorpio Moon, Scorpio Rising. A 4/1 Emotional Manifestor. Someone who has always felt everything deeply and spent most of her life learning what to do with that.
I've lived in the Bay Area (Ohlone land) all my life, and these days I split my time between being a healer, a cat mama, a lover of naps and snacks, and a forever student of the subconscious and the metaphysical.
My path started in beauty 20 years ago, but it deepened into healing when I realized the transformations happening in my chair were never just about hair. They were about energy, presence, and remembering. During the pandemic, I was given the gift of time, and I followed the guidance that kept arriving, into Reiki, hypnosis, sound, and the deeper work of helping people reconnect with themselves.
What I am actually here to do is help you see the story that has been quietly running your life and help you shift it. To help you come back to yourself so fully that the way you move through your days, make decisions, and show up in your own life finally feels clear. Aligned. Yours.

Embeautyment Practitioner Certification (2020) — learning to integrate wellness into beauty services.
Reiki Attunements Levels I & II (2020), Crystal Reiki (2021), Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master twice(2021, 2024), and Karuna Reiki Master (2024).
Hypnosis — from my first Reiki + Hypnosis session in 2020, to earning a 300-hour HMI Hypnotherapy Certification (2022), continuing my studies with the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis (2025), and Restorative Hypnosis Fundamentals (2025)
Sound Healing — 12-week HYHO training in 2023, exploring the resonance of bowls, bells, and vibration.
Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals (2021) and Chalice (2022), a 12-week deep dive into Divine Feminine wisdom, energetic hygiene, creativity, ancestral healing, and spiritual alchemy.
Each of these experiences has shaped what Salvage + Rescue is today. A healing studio where energy and beauty meet, and where every offering, from Reiki to hypnosis to sound, or an intentional haircut, is a pathway back to peace, power, and remembering.
